Today we remember and honor those who were lost in the terror attacks on our country, seven years ago today.  I would also like to thank our military & their families for all the sacrifices they make each day. 

I’m not trying to get political, or force my thought/beliefs on anyone, but I do want to honor those who protect me, my family & loved ones, my way of life… and those who paid the ultimate price…  I am grateful.

Here’s a layout I made with the Designer Contestants week 1 entries.

Some of you are already able to view te site on the new servers… some still are not.  I want to wait until eveyone is able to view before making any “we’re back’ announcements.

I also did not want to do any celebrating on this day (Sept 11)

After the site is available for everyone, I will start making a time line for  the completion of the contest, moving items back to the shop, etc…  All rounds of the contest will be available for download through the completion of the contest.  Look for an updated schedule within the next few days.

Funny title, huh?  I switched all the pointers over to the new site today. It CAN tke 24-48 hours for the correct “pointers” to propogate through the internet.  It depends on when you ISP refreshes their cached information…

But, I am already getting reports that people think they are “back in”  here’s how to tell. 

When we left the old server, the gallery, messageboards and shop were all in maintenance mode.  When we come up on the “other side” only the shop will be in maintenance mode.  So, if you are able to post in the gallery and forum, then you are on the new server!

If you are unable to view the new site after a couple days, try rebooting your computer, deleting your browser cooking and deleteing any bookmarks to kjoistudios.com  Then open your browser and type in kjoistudios.com and it should come up for you!
