Do you have a photo that you just can’t find a colour scheme to match?

Would you like to create your own custom colour scheme?

Well here are a few easy steps that will enable you to make a colour scheme from ANY picture.

Step 1: Open your picture in PSP, and duplicate it (Shift+D), then close the original.

Step 2: Using the copy of your picture, go to your top toolbar “Image”, “Decrease Colour Depth” and “16 Colours – 4Bit” (Ctrl+Shift+2) and apply the following settings:

Palette: Optimized Median Cut
Reduction Method: Nearest Color

And, click OK to apply.

Step 3: You image should now look something like this.

Using your colour picker, select the colours for your palette from your image and make a note of the Hexadecimal code (Html code) for approximately 6 to 8 of the colors on a piece of paper.
