Creating a New Album
Creating an Album
Before you upload a file to the gallery, you may find it useful to create one or two albums in your personal gallery for sorting your layouts into later.
If you click on “My Albums” on the main navigation menu bar at the top of your screen you will be taken to the Album Management screen that looks like this.
Please click on the screenshot for an enlarged view.
Click on the “Create a New Album” link and when the next screen appears, enter the name of your new album into the “Album Name” box and a small description into the “Album Description” box. The “Is Album Private” drop down box gives you the option of setting it to “No” or “Yes”. “No” is the default setting and will allow your layouts to be viewable by other gallery members. If you set this option to “Yes” then you and you only, will be able to view your layouts – they will be Private. Now click on the “Create a New Album” button and your new album will be created ready to populate with layouts.

For demonstration purposes I have entered a new album called “Challenges”.
Once you have created an album and uploaded a few layouts to that album you will be able to click on “My Albums” on the top navigation menu bar and will see a screen similar to this one, that will show you, all of your albums, alphabetically by name with the number of photos contained in each album.

If you click on any of the Album Names, you will be taken to that album and the layouts it contains will be displayed on screen.
